- ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE
- ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED ARE NON-REFUNABLE.
- IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE CONTACT US (4) WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
- EVENTS CANCELED 30 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE WILL OWE THE FULL EVENT AMOUNT.

- GRAND EXPERIENCE EVENT CENTER LLC IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES TAKING PLACE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE GRAND EXPERIENECE EVENT CENTER.
- ALL CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF THEIR GUESTS.

- ALCOHOL SERVED, MUST BE SERVED BY A LICENSED & INSURED BARTENDER.
- SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE EVENT CENTER.

CLEANING

ALOCHOL & SMOKING
IF CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE. THE EVENT CENTER MUST BE SWEEP, MOPPED, AND ALL TRASH AND DECORATIONS MUST BE TAKEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVENT CENTER.
TRASH MUST NOT BE LEFT IN THE PARKING LOT.
THERE WILL BE A CLEANING FEE OF $300 IF THE EVENT CENTER IS NOT CLEAN OR IF THE PARKING LOT HAS TRASH FROM THE EVENT

In the event there is damage to the event center caused by your event there will be a minimum charge of $1,000.00. Charges will be determined based on the damages.
If the property is damage prior to your arrival you must notify the event center 30 minutes after entering. Otherwise it is assumed the property is not damaged.
