IF CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE. THE EVENT CENTER MUST BE SWEEP, MOPPED, AND ALL TRASH AND DECORATIONS MUST BE TAKEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVENT CENTER.
TRASH MUST NOT BE LEFT IN THE PARKING LOT.
THERE WILL BE A CLEANING FEE OF $300 IF THE EVENT CENTER IS NOT CLEAN OR IF THE PARKING LOT HAS TRASH FROM THE EVENT
BY BOOKING YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS.
In the event there is damage to the event center caused by your event there will be a minimum charge of $1,000.00. Charges will be determined based on the damages.
If the property is damage prior to your arrival you must notify the event center 30 minutes after entering. Otherwise it is assumed the property is not damaged.
